With over 20 years of international experience, including 15 years dedicated to visa outsourcing and consular services, Nabil Hamidoun blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational mastery. He has launched and overseen more than 100 Visa Application Centres across multiple regions, led portfolios exceeding €35 million, and built high-performing, multicultural teams.
His track record covers the full lifecycle of BPO and call-centre operations: service design and internal workflow optimization, workforce management, quality governance, KPI dashboards, and client-facing delivery in regulated environments.
Nabil has also led AI-enabled transformation programs that enhance e-visa systems, digital compliance, and fraud-prevention analytics, reducing manual handling and accelerating secure, transparent processing. As Founder and CEO of Diplomatic-A Consulting Services, he serves governments, vendors, and investors by aligning tenders to mission goals, preparing winning bids, auditing centres, and guiding new entrants or acquisitions in the visa-outsourcing market.
